Cucumber Mint Salad with Aleppo Honey
Cool cucumber, Aleppo honey, lemon zest and sesame.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Fogato Aleppo honey
- 4, sliced Persian cucumbers
- ¼ cup leaves Mint
- 1, zested Lemon
- 1 tbsp White sesame seeds
- a pinch Salt
Steps
- Toss the cucumbers with a pinch of salt, the lemon zest and the sesame seeds.
- Drizzle over the Fogato Aleppo honey and fold in the mint right before serving.
Salt it just before you eat so the cucumbers stay crunchy.
